Can I use pets?

[About admission]

<Small and medium-sized dogs under 50cm tall>
Pets may be kept on a lead within the garden only.
*If you are bringing your dog into the park on a flexible lead, please make sure the lead is secured so that it does not extend beyond 2m.
 
Large dogs over 50cm tall
Pets can enter the park as long as they are in a pet cart that covers their entire body.
*We do not rent pet carts for large dogs. Please use your own cart.
 
*Please check the admission terms and conditions in advance, agree to the terms and conditions, and bring your ticket with you in a [printed and signed] state.
 

[Usage Notes]

・When passing through the ticket counter or souvenir shop "Onotaka", please use a pet cart or hold your pet.
Please pass through.
*Large dogs can only pass through in pet carts. *Dogs cannot be brought into the store.
・Please bring a leash, water, and waste disposal bag when entering the park.
・Entry to indoor facilities within the park (attraction facilities, restaurants, toilets, free indoor rest rooms, etc.) is not permitted.

Can I enter the stroller / wheelchair?

Yes, you can go to the entrance.
However, entry to Karakuri Mansion and Shinobi Monomi Yagura is not permitted due to steps, etc.

Is re-entry possible?

Yes, re-entry is possible by presenting a ticket on the day.

Is it possible to refund the entry tickets?

Sorry, we refuse refund of tickets.

Can I use it in groups?

Can I eat for the general public by group use?

Sorry to trouble you, we will guide group buffets for use by groups.

Can I bring in a boxed lunch?

We are sorry, we do not bring lunch.

Acceptance of assistance dogs (assistance dogs for the physically disabled)

Due to safety regulations, some attractions and rides do not allow assistance dogs to accompany you.

If you wish to board a service dog, please let us know the situation of the separate waiting area.
